Bezirksamt Lichtenberg Sozialpsychiatrischer Dienst. Phone +49 30 90296 7562. The district states that its social-psychiatric offers are free of charge. Adults with mental illness or mental-health problems may use the service. That includes depression, anxiety, serious social difficulties and related psychosocial problems, and relatives or close contacts may also come. Consultation can be anonymous, and the district publishes open consultation hours.
