Approach
I approach psychotherapy from a Constructivist perspective, which comes from an understanding of people as complex, unique beings under construction. Rooted in the tradition of evidence based therapy of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, I include the recent developments (ACT, DBT, etc).
In our meetings you can expect conversational and action strategies through which I might invite you to conduct experiments. These will take place in and outside the clinical setting, providing you with the opportunity to explore various aspects of yourself and the reality around you, or to develop specific skills.
