About Me
I understand how challenging it feels to be stuck in unhelpful patterns or difficult emotions. As an integrative counsellor and narrative psychotherapist, I offer a space to explore the stories shaping your life. We'll work together to transform problematic narratives and develop practical emotional and relational skills. This approach helps you move meaningfully towards a more fulfilling, preferred life direction.
Approach
Sessions tend to move between gentle story exploration and practical skills practice, tracking patterns that keep you stuck while trying small, doable shifts. In my Berlin practice I offer English sessions and flexible online appointments; meetings are paced, collaborative and often include short exercises or journalling prompts between sessions. We notice triggers, map relational habits and use grounding, narrative re-authoring and coaching prompts to reduce anxiety, urges or overwhelm. This way of working suits adults navigating transitions, trauma, ADHD or relationship strains who want steady, practical change.
