This page lists Male Psychotherapists in Berlin. 4 in all.
That is 4 of the 17 psychotherapists listed in Berlin.
These are practitioners who identify as male on their profile 1. We ask every therapist that question, and they may decline to answer. We do not check the answer, and nothing here is ranked.
This list answers an explicit request for a man. While many people prefer this, we found no research on whether it changes how the therapy goes.
Identifying as a man is a different thing from working with men's concerns. A client and a practitioner always differ, whatever they share 2.
What psychotherapy works on, and how long it usually runs
Everyone on this page describes their work as psychotherapy. A psychotherapist works through talking with you about your thoughts, feelings and behaviours 3.
Psychotherapy usually runs longer than counselling and aims for clinical change. It works on patterns that repeat rather than on one current problem.
A psychotherapist trains in psychological treatment rather than in medicine. What that training covers, and which approach a practitioner uses, differ between practitioners. Ask which approach a psychotherapist trained in, and how long they usually work.
What this page filters on
These are the only filters: the practitioner's stated Male identity and the professional title psychotherapist.

Who registers therapists in Germany?
Titles you will see include Psychologischer Psychotherapeut and Kinder-und Jugendlichenpsychotherapeut. Search the register by name at Bundespsychotherapeutenkammer (Federal Chamber of Psychotherapists). A current entry is that body's own published record of the person.
In Germany the psychotherapist title carries a state licence, and only a licensed practitioner may use it or treat under it. See the Germany page.
