Aby S. Yousefi

Psychotherapist

As your therapist, I‘ll help you explore unconscious dynamics running your life & help free you from them, so you can connect to the truth within yourself and gain insight, clarity and choice in your behaviour.

About Me

It can feel overwhelming when unseen patterns dictate your life. I offer a calm, supportive space where we can gently explore these unconscious dynamics together. We'll uncover insights, helping you connect to your inner truth and gain clarity. This collaborative process allows you to make conscious choices, leading to a more authentic life. You'll gain greater control over your behaviour.

Approach

Sessions centre on tracing how early experiences and habitual responses show up in everyday moments so we can notice them and create different ways of responding. In a steady, attuned pace—in-person in Berlin or online, in English or Farsi—I attend to bodily signals, relational patterns and memory, and we try small, practical shifts between meetings. I combine trauma-informed sensitivity with reflective dialogue to ease stuckness and reduce overwhelm, matching pace to what feels manageable. This way of working often helps adults facing grief, transitions, cross-cultural strain or burnout.
