In Austria, psychotherapist is a state-regulated title, and the official list of who holds it is the Psychotherapeutenliste, maintained by the Federal Ministry of Social Affairs, Health, Care and Consumer Protection. A psychotherapist should appear on that list in order to practise psychotherapy lawfully, which makes it a direct answer rather than an indirect signal. For a title that is not psychotherapy, this list is not the right check.
