I specialise in a small field: I help people overcome depression, burnout and general or social anxiety. I use state-of-the-art methods from CBT and ACT to help you regain peace, confidence and balance in life.

About Me

If you feel constantly stressed and overwhelmed, struggle to switch off, or keep pushing yourself despite feeling exhausted, I may be a good fit for you. I also support people experiencing depression, burnout, low self-esteem, panic attacks, general or social anxiety, as well as difficulties in relationships or at work. Together, we can better understand the patterns behind your struggles and develop practical, sustainable ways to handle difficult thoughts and emotions, reduce pressure, and build a life that feels more balanced and meaningful. Take the first step towards changing your life and regaining control. You don’t have to figure everything out alone. I’ll support you with compassion, practical tools and a clear path forward—so you can create lasting change and build a life that feels more balanced and meaningful. About me: I chose the path to becoming a psychologist not only out of scientific interest. The topics I specialise in today are ones I have experienced myself. I have dedicated more than a decade to learning and applying effective methods to deal with depression, burnout, anxiety, low self-esteem, high stress levels and unhealthy lifestyles. In my late twenties, I went through a period of depression and burnout. At the time, I was dealing with high self-expectations, constant external pressure, and a lifestyle that didn’t really support my mental or physical health. For a while, I managed to keep going. But over time, the strain became harder to ignore, until I reached a point of real exhaustion. Starting therapy was a turning point. Not because everything changed overnight, but because I began to understand what was actually driving my stress and how my own patterns contributed to it. Over the course of about a year, things gradually improved. I learned to recognize early warning signs, question unhelpful beliefs, and build more sustainable ways of dealing with pressure. Most importantly, I started to feel more stable and to enjoy everyday life again. This experience shaped how I think about mental health. It made clear to me that many of these challenges are both common and changeable—if you understand the underlying mechanisms and have the right support. That is what led me to become a psychologist.
