I am a psychologist and counsellor providing individual counselling and couples therapy (marriage counselling) in Vienna (1060 Wien) and online. My approach is based on CBT for depression, anxiety, relationship problems; EMDR for trauma; family therapy; stress management; performance coaching; neuroscience of mental health.

About Me

As a psychologist and counsellor, I help individuals and couples navigate personal challenges and relationship difficulties. My educational background includes a Bachelor's degree, a Master's degree in Psychology and Mental Health from King's College London, and Master's studies at the Universität Wien (Institute of Clinical and Health Psychology). I am currently a PhD candidate in Clinical Psychology, developing an enhanced approach to couples counselling.

Approach

My approach is informed by evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT). I also work with individuals diagnosed with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and other clinical conditions, providing counselling alongside specialised treatment where appropriate.
