Tina Michaela, M.Couns
Certified Professional Counselor
“I believe healing begins in safe, attuned connection. Whether you are an adult navigating complex trauma, a couple working through intercultural challenges, a child expressing difficult behaviours — I offer counselling that is integrative, culturally sensitive, and deeply compassionate. Many of the people I support carry experiences that were never named, validated, or understood — moments of emotional neglect, cultural displacement, or relational wounds that continue to echo into the present. My role is to walk beside you with steadiness, respect and professional guidance, creating a space where survival patterns are honored for the protection they once offered, and gently softened so new possibilities can emerge. My commitment is to provide a shame-free, non-judgmental environment where you can reclaim your voice, reconnect with your body, and rediscover your aliveness. Healing is not about “trying harder” or being fixed; it is about being met with presence, safety, and acceptance, so that transformation and healing can unfold. ”
