Mrs Rita Pröll

Registered Psychotherapist

As a Psychodrama Psychotherapist I create a supportive, secure and non-judgemental environment in which my clients are encouraged to discover their inner resources and make lasting changes for themselves. Creative interventions can be a powerful way to access your deeper thoughts and to connect body, mind and soul.

About Me

I help clients explore challenges and discover inner resources in a secure space. If you seek to understand deeper thoughts and connect body, mind, and soul, my psychodrama approach offers a unique path. We can use creative interventions, like role-play, to move beyond talking, fostering lasting change. This approach is ideal for those ready to engage experientially and integrate their whole self.

Approach

Enactments and focused attention guide how we explore difficult moments, helping sensations, memories and roles become clearer and more workable. Sessions in Wien or online, in English or German, feel paced and contained — gentle experiments followed by reflective dialogue so you can notice change as it unfolds. Between meetings I often offer brief anchoring practices or notes to support integration and keep momentum toward practical shifts in relationships, mood and daily rhythms. This approach suits those ready for embodied, experiential work.
