About Me
Approach
My approach combines art therapy, psychodrama, and IFS-inspired work. Through painting, sculpture, or role play, we explore inner conflicts, gently meet different inner parts, and connect with the healing potential of your Self. I offer a safe, creative space to slow down, express what words can’t, and grow – at your own pace and with empathy.
Services
I offer art therapy for people seeking inner clarity, emotional healing, and creative expression. In a safe and non-judgmental space, we explore what moves you – through painting, sculpture, role play, or simply conversation. No artistic skills are needed. You bring your questions, your feelings, your story – and we begin from there. Each session is tailored to your needs and emotional state in the moment. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or curious to grow, therapy can help you reconnect with yourself and find new ways forward. The first session is free and without obligation.
