Psychotherapist

I work with individuals, couples, and groups who experience persistent patterns in identity, relationships, or performance that do not shift despite insight, psychotherapy, or success.

About Me

I'm a psychoanalyst under supervision, executive coach, and writer working internationally between Vienna and Lisbon. I work with individuals who often appear high-functioning from the outside, yet carry patterns that have not shifted, despite insight, psychotherapy, or success. These patterns often emerge in relationships, sexuality, emotional regulation, or as a persistent sense of internal conflict. My work focuses on what remains unprocessed, misrecognized, or structurally embedded, often linked to early relational experiences, trauma, or identity formation. Clients describe the work as precise, confronting, and deeply transformative. It is not always easy, but it is oriented toward lasting change rather than symptom management. I work internationally in multiple languages and offer both long-term psychoanalytic work and focused consulting. Approach

My approach is grounded in psychoanalytic theory, with integration of trauma-informed and somatic perspectives. I focus on identifying patterns that repeat beyond conscious awareness — in relationships, decision-making, and self-experience, and understanding how they were formed. Rather than offering quick solutions, the work aims to uncover and process what has remained unresolved, often at a deeper emotional and bodily level. I pay particular attention to how trauma, sexuality, and identity intersect, and how experiences that were never fully understood or integrated continue to shape present life. This is a structured and collaborative process, tailored to the individual, and designed for meaningful, long-term change.
