Lithuania's health regulator is the State Health Care Accreditation Agency, known by its Lithuanian initials as VASPVT. It licenses medical psychologists, psychotherapists and psychiatrists, including child and adolescent psychiatrists, along with mental health nurses.
A practitioner using the title medical psychologist or psychiatrist has to be registered with the agency to treat patients lawfully, so the licence is not a formality. Verify with State Health Care Accreditation Agency (VASPVT).
