Extensive experience working with LGBT+ people, migrants, and gender-based violence issues under Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I believe therapy is the most intimate relationship humans can have.

About Me

I’m a clinical health psychologist with years of experience, offering remote therapy that’s specifically tailored to support LGBTI, migrants, and racialized individuals. Having lived abroad for several years, I understand how challenging it can be to adapt to a new culture and language, especially when navigating personal identity and mental health. My consultations are priced at €60 per session; however, I understand that some individuals, such as students and those from vulnerable groups, may require financial assistance. Please feel free to inquire about available discounts. My goal is to help you on your journey toward healing and personal growth, no matter where you’re starting from. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, or the pain of a breakup, I'm here to help you on your mental health journey.

Approach

My approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) which is an effective, evidence-based treatment for many diagnosis including anxiety, depression, and ADHD. By helping you identify and challenge negative thought patterns, CBT empowers you to make lasting changes in behavior and improve your emotional well-being. Whether you're struggling with overwhelming anxiety, low mood, or focus issues, CBT can help you regain control and start living a more balanced life. In addition, I have an specialization in neuropsychology that aims to restore and strengthen cognitive abilities such as memory, attention, and problem-solving that were affected by injury, illness, or developmental challenges.
