“I work with adults navigating relationship difficulties, separation, anxiety, identity questions, and significant life changes. I offer a supportive and non-judgemental space to explore what you are going through, understand yourself more deeply, and find a way forward that feels right for you.”

About me

You don't need to come to therapy with a clearly defined problem. You may feel stuck in recurring relationship patterns, be going through a separation or another significant life change, struggle with anxiety or uncertainty, or find yourself questioning who you are and how you want to live. Sometimes there is simply a sense that something is no longer working, even if it is difficult to put into words. My approach is existential and humanistic. Rather than offering ready-made answers, I aim to create a safe, thoughtful and non-judgemental space where we can explore your experiences together. Therapy can be a place to better understand yourself, your relationships and the choices available to you, and to discover what feels meaningful and authentic in your life. I am currently training in Existential Therapy at the Humanistic and Existential Psychotherapy Institute in Lithuania. I have completed the 260-hour Introductory Course and am currently undertaking the Basic Course, which includes supervised therapeutic practice. I work under regular professional supervision as part of my training. Alongside my psychotherapy training, I am completing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and hold a Master's degree in Social Sciences. I also have extensive experience providing emotional support to people in crisis through Lithuania's Youth Line (Jaunimo Linija), where I completed specialist volunteer counsellor training and have provided over 370 hours of telephone and online emotional support.

Approach

My approach is existential and humanistic. I see therapy as a collaborative process in which we explore your experience with curiosity and without rushing towards ready-made answers. Together, we can look more closely at the patterns, choices and relationships that shape your life, while making space for uncertainty and questions that may not have immediate answers. My aim is to support you in developing a deeper understanding of yourself and finding ways of living that feel more meaningful and authentic to you.
