Therapist / Counselor Practising Under Supervision,
Vilnius. Mitte, Berlin. Al Satwa, Dubai. Leopold Quarter, Brussels.
I’m a psychotherapist in training with over a decade of experience working in the humanitarian aid sector. My therapeutic work is informed by both clinical training and real-world experience supporting individuals in high-stress, high-impact environments. I understand firsthand the emotional toll that humanitarian work, field deployments, and global mobility can have - including burnout, secondary trauma, and identity transitions.
While I have a particular interest in supporting aid workers, expats, and globally mobile professionals, I warmly welcome anyone seeking support.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, life changes, relationship challenges, or simply looking for a reflective space, I’m here to work with you in a collaborative way.
I offer one-on-one online psychotherapy with a sliding scale fee to match your needs.
I am currently based in Vilnius, but I am working online with clients across Europe

CORE SERVICES:
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade working in human rights and humanitarian advocacy, often in war-affected and post-conflict regions. I had the privilege of working closely with people who had been through extraordinary hardship and witnessed, again and again, how empathy, presence, and genuine human connection could ease even the heaviest of burdens.
Over time, I felt a deep pull to work with people in a more personal way - not just in moments of large-scale crisis, but by focusing on the individual in front of me. I saw how powerful it could be simply to witness someone’s experience with empathy, to truly see their pain, and to hold space for their healing and growth. That’s what drew me to retrain as a psychotherapist.
I work integratively, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy. This means I combine structured tools for change with a warm, compassionate relationship that centres your unique story and needs. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where you feel supported to explore what matters most to you and at your own pace.
I am currently completing an MSc in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy at the University of Derby, UK, and work under regular clinical supervision in line with professional and ethical standards. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), working in accordance with its Ethical Framework.
