“If you’re navigating stress, anxiety, burnout or a period of change, therapy can help. I offer a supportive space to reflect on your experiences, identify your patterns and actively work toward change. I welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.”
About Me
I am a psychotherapist offering online therapy to people across many parts of the world. Many of the clients I work with come feeling overwhelmed, disconnected or unsure of themselves, often navigating loneliness, relationship difficulties or a period of change and transition. Therapy with me is about understanding yourself with more compassion and clarity. This is a space to turn care inward and to explore what feels true for you. You don’t need to have everything figured out to start - just a willingness to show up as you are.
Approach
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade working in human rights and humanitarian aid work and lived in over ten countries, often affected by war or conflict. I had the privilege of working closely with people who had been through extraordinary hardship and witnessed, again and again, how empathy, presence and genuine human connection could ease even the heaviest of burdens.
Over time, I felt a deep pull to work with people in a more personal way - not just in moments of large-scale crisis, but by focusing on the individual in front of me. I saw how powerful it could be simply to witness someone’s experience with empathy, to truly see their pain, and to hold space for their healing and growth. That’s what drew me to retrain as a psychotherapist.
I work integratively, drawing primarily from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person-Centred Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy. This means I combine structured tools for change with a warm, compassionate relationship that centres your unique story and needs. I aim to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where you feel supported to explore what matters most to you and at your own pace.
I am currently completing an MSc in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy at the University of Derby, UK, and work under regular clinical supervision in line with professional and ethical standards. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), working in accordance with its Ethical Framework.

Services
I’m a psychotherapist and counsellor in training and my therapeutic work is informed by both - my clinical training and more than 10 years of experience supporting individuals in high-stress, high-impact environments. I understand firsthand the emotional toll that humanitarian work, field deployments and global mobility can have - including burnout, secondary trauma, lacking the sense of belonging and loneliness.
While I have a particular interest in supporting expats and globally mobile professionals, I warmly welcome anyone seeking support.
Whether you're navigating anxiety, life changes, relationship challenges or simply looking for a reflective space, I’m here to work with you in a collaborative way.
I am currently based in Vilnius, Lithuania, but I am working online with clients across Europe and other places in the world.
