Milda Baronaitė-Marcinkevičė, MA

Clinical Psychologist

As a clinical psychologist, my goal is to support clients in navigating life's challenges, emotional struggles, or gaining a deeper understanding of themselves and their unique path in life. I believe in the power of the relationship between client and professional.

About Me

I am a Clinical Psychologist practicing in Vilnius, Lithuania. I help people facing life transitions, anxiety, mood disorders, stress or burnout, and identity issues. I draw from Gestalt and Jungian approaches and focus on building a trusting relationship.

Approach

In my consultations, I emphasize collaboration, understanding each person’s uniqueness, and building a supportive relationship. This allows us to work together to help you overcome challenges, explore their origins, and understand where they lead. I strive to be warm and emphatic. I also try to not run away from difficult conversations and frustrations in therapy. I stay updated with the latest psychological research, continue to improve my qualifications, and follow the ethical code for psychologists. I'm therapist in training for Jungian therapy. Before becoming a psychologist, I worked in desk jobs, studied French literature, and travelled. I hope that these experiences help me better understand people from diverse backgrounds.

Basic Information

Services

You can consult with me if you are going through a difficult period in life (such as a crisis, loss, divorce, or illness), struggling with emotional difficulties (like anxiety, panic attacks, or depression), or facing relationship issues. I am interested in LGBT+ topics (identity, reactions from others, coming out) and welcome individuals of all identities. I provide consultations for adults. If you decide to book a session with me, our first meeting will be an opportunity to get acquainted, discuss why you're here, and explore what you hope to achieve. My goal is to listen and help you feel more comfortable, as the first session can sometimes be anxiety-inducing, and it’s normal to feel awkward when speaking with a new specialist. We’ll also go over how the process works and what you can expect if we decide to continue working together. Future sessions, once scheduled, typically take place once a week.
