I work with people who are navigating Grief - could be the loss of a loved one or the quiet, unspoken grief that comes with life transitions, identity changes, illness or separation. I am a qualified Grief Yoga Therapist, Grief Educator and a Life Coach

About Me

Through Grief Yoga Therapy and Life Coaching, I offer a gentle, compassionate space where grief can be expressed, understood and slowly integrated thereby helping people rediscover steadiness. Over time, people I work with, learn how life can be lived differently after loss. This space is available online internationally. I have over 10 years of experience working with people through physical and emotional pain/distress.

Approach

I use a combination of Grief Yoga Therapy and Life Coaching techniques. Each flows seamlessly into the other, and is tailored to your state of grief. Mindful listening, customised practices adapted to your body, your energy, your emotional state and your capacity on a given day. It is not exercise based. The focus is on breath regulation, simple movements, sounds and deeper practices which are subtle, personal and responsive. Compassionate, reflective guidance supports you in moving ahead as grief softens and new questions arise
