About Me

I am a Counselling Psychologist and Trauma-Informed Psychotherapist supporting children, adolescents, adults, and parents in navigating challenges such as anxiety, stress, relationship concerns, trauma, grief, and low self-esteem. With experience working across diverse age groups and concerns, I strive to help clients enhance their emotional well-being, build resilience, and navigate life's challenges with greater confidence. Whether you are facing a difficult life transition, struggling with overwhelming emotions, or seeking deeper self-understanding, therapy can offer a meaningful path forward I also support psychology students and early-career professionals through case discussions, skill development, and professional guidance.

Approach

My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, compassion, and a deep respect for each client's unique journey. I believe that meaningful change begins with feeling safe, understood, and accepted, and I strive to create a supportive space where clients can openly explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I follow a client-centred and trauma-informed approach, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), CBT, mindfulness-based interventions, and art-based therapeutic techniques where appropriate. Sessions are tailored to individual needs, ensuring that support is both practical and meaningful. Together, we work collaboratively to identify goals, build emotional awareness and healthy coping strategies.
