About Me
Approach
I offer therapy from a client-centered and humanistic approach, creating a safe and supportive space where you can explore your emotions, experiences, and personal growth.
I draw on a variety of approaches, including Expressive Arts Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Positive Psychology, tailored to what works best for you.
My practice is trauma-informed, eclectic, and semi-directive, focusing on building emotional regulation, resilience, self-discovery, and mindfulness.
I provide queer-affirming, neurodiversity-affirming, and culturally responsive care, with attention to how social and systemic factors affect mental health.
I take a holistic approach, supporting mind, body, and spirit, and helping you live according to your values. My goal is to make mental health care accessible, empowering, and meaningful for you.
