Ms Ipshita Kandulna

Psychotherapist

Hi, I take a holistic approach, supporting mind, body, and spirit, and helping you live according to your values. My goal is to make mental health care accessible, empowering, and meaningful for you.

About Me

I am a psychotherapist in New Delhi and a licensed arts therapist. I use art therapy to support you through life transitions, anger, ADHD, mood disorders, and abuse.

Approach

I offer therapy from a client-centered and humanistic approach, creating a safe and supportive space where you can explore your emotions, experiences, and personal growth.

I draw on a variety of approaches, including Expressive Arts Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Positive Psychology, tailored to what works best for you.

My practice is trauma-informed, eclectic, and semi-directive, focusing on building emotional regulation, resilience, self-discovery, and mindfulness.

I provide queer-affirming, neurodiversity-affirming, and culturally responsive care, with attention to how social and systemic factors affect mental health.

I take a holistic approach, supporting mind, body, and spirit, and helping you live according to your values. My goal is to make mental health care accessible, empowering, and meaningful for you.
