I offer online psychological counselling and life coaching via Google Meet, and in-person skill-development training in Trivandrum, Chennai and Bangalore. I'm based in Trichy and work fluently in Hindi, English, Tamil, and Malayalam. Having worked across different states and with people from other countries, I'm comfortable meeting clients from many cultures and backgrounds, and understanding them as they are.

About Me

I'm a Counselling Psychologist, experiential trainer, and author of the book "Champion's Clique". I've worked as a trainer for a leading MNC, handling training and development, and that passion for developing people led me to start my own venture, Garud Solutions, providing training and development solutions. My educational qualification pertaining to psychology is M.A Clinical Psychology and P.G. Diploma In Guidance & Coaching. My coaching is built for employed, financially independent professionals who are ready to take ownership of their growth. I help you make clearer decisions and overcome decision fatigue, manage anxiety, build genuine self-confidence, gain career clarity, strengthen relationships, beat procrastination, and break the limiting patterns that hold you back. My approach is authentic, calm, and 100% action-oriented, no lengthy lectures, no vague advice. Drawing on Carl Jung's Analytical Psychology, every session starts by identifying your problem, defining a clear goal, and giving you practical steps to act on. Sessions run for 90 minutes, giving us real time to go deep and move forward. I believe people already carry the ability and good intentions within them. Give someone the right tools, honest action steps, and genuine care, and they awaken the best in themselves. If you're ready for better decisions and better results, don't wait. Reach out to me by phone, and let's Awaken Your Best Version together.

Approach

My therapy begins with listening. Before anything else, I work to understand you, what you're really trying to communicate. Often, what feels like the problem isn't the actual problem, so my first task is to help create clarity: to understand what you truly want, and to define the real goal of our work together. Once that clarity is there, I choose the approach that fits you and your goal, I don't force everyone down the same road. Depending on what you need, I draw on Carl Jung's Analytical Psychology for deeper self-understanding, CBT to change unhelpful behaviour patterns, mindfulness to manage anxiety and recognise your own patterns, and Adlerian psychology to find purpose and direction. From there, we establish a clear plan, a path of recovery. The traveller is clear, the goal is defined, and my role as your therapist is to walk that path alongside you. What holds all of this together is trust. When you feel safe, heard, and never judged, you can open up honestly and do the real work. My presence is authentic, calm, and solution-focused, and progress isn't a vague feeling. You'll know it's working when you see the practical, psychology-based action steps making a real difference in your life. If that's the path you're ready to walk, I'll walk it with you.
