What therapy costs in Serbia
Serbian law puts mental health protection at the primary level of health care. The Health Care Act, Sluzbeni glasnik RS 25/2019, names the dom zdravlja as the primary level institution. The same Act sets a minimum list of what every dom zdravlja must provide. Mental health is not on that list.
A dom zdravlja may offer mental health care and is not required to, so provision varies. Private practice sets its own prices. The Act requires only that a practice display its price list and issue a receipt.

Who is allowed to practise
Serbia's statutory chamber for doctors is the Lekarska komora Srbije, which issues, renews and revokes physician licences. Its licence pages cover the doctor of medicine and the temporary licences the chamber grants in specific cases, so a psychiatrist is checked here as a licensed doctor rather than under a separate psychiatric title. Because it is a doctors' chamber, it does not answer for a psychologist or psychotherapist on a Serbian listing.
You can check a licence with the Lekarska komora Srbije. The Zakon o uslovima za obavljanje psihološke delatnosti (Sl. glasnik RS 25/96) leaves psychological work to a diplomirani psiholog who has passed the professional examination.
No matching statute covers psihoterapeut, so that word carries no state qualification.
