Miss Vanja Zikic

Therapist / Counselor (Qualifying)

Trained in body psychotherapy; client-oriented and holistic approach, working on all three levels - body, mind and spirit

About Me

When life feels out of sync, I help clients explore well-being across body, mind, and spirit. Drawing on body psychotherapy, we gently uncover how physical experiences relate to your inner world. This holistic approach fosters a deeper understanding of yourself. It suits those ready to integrate thoughts, feelings, and body sensations for lasting balance.

Approach

We begin by noticing how movement, breath and small bodily signals connect with thoughts and feelings, gently tracing patterns that keep you stuck. Sessions in Kalna or online are relaxed and paced to your rhythm, offered in Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian or English so you can bring what shows up in the moment. I weave gentle somatic exploration with reflective dialogue and mindfulness, and I may suggest short, practical practices between meetings to build regulation and awareness. Those ready to integrate sensations, emotions and thinking often find this gradual, embodied way grounding and clarifying.
