Sessions in Kalna or online are relaxed and paced to your rhythm, offered in Bosnian, Croatian, Serbian or English so you can bring what shows up in the moment. I weave gentle somatic exploration with reflective dialogue and mindfulness, and I may suggest short, practical practices between meetings to build regulation and awareness.
