“I work with adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, overthinking, or periods of uncertainty and change. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we explore the patterns and underlying needs behind them, so you can develop more grounded and supportive ways of relating to yourself, others, and your life. ”

About Me

I am a psychologist and Gestalt psychotherapist, and I see psychotherapy as a space where meaningful change can take place. My work is grounded in a humanistic and relational approach, with a strong focus on the therapeutic relationship. I see therapy as a collaborative process where we explore your emotions, needs, patterns, and ways of relating, while paying attention to both mind and body. My approach is integrative and draws on additional training in Schema Therapy and Group Analysis. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, overthinking, self-doubt, and periods of uncertainty or change. My style is warm, engaged, and thoughtful, while also allowing space for honest exploration and meaningful change.

Approach

My approach is humanistic, relational, and integrative. I see therapy as a process of understanding not only what you are struggling with, but also the patterns, emotions, needs, and experiences that shape it. We pay attention to both mind and body, as well as what unfolds in the present moment and in the therapeutic relationship. Alongside gaining deeper self-awareness, our work is focused on meaningful and lasting change. Depending on your needs, we may work with emotions, relationship patterns, different parts of yourself, and ways of responding that no longer serve you, while developing new and more supportive ways of relating to yourself and others. My approach draws primarily from Gestalt Therapy, Schema Therapy, and Group Analysis, with an understanding of trauma and psychodynamic processes.

Services

- Anxiety & Overthinking - Depression & Low Mood - Relationship Issues - Self-Esteem & Self-Worth - Life Transitions - Stress & Emotional Difficulties I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, overthinking, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, or periods of uncertainty and change. These difficulties can take many forms, and therapy begins with understanding your individual experience rather than fitting it into a predefined category. Together, we explore the patterns, beliefs, emotions, and needs underlying what you are experiencing. The aim is not only greater self-understanding, but meaningful and lasting change, developing a different relationship with yourself, your emotions, other people, and the choices you make.
