I’m a warm therapist with a structured yet nurturing approach, working primarily with Schema Therapy. I integrate body-oriented and mindfulness-based techniques, focusing on the whole person—mind, body, emotions, and behavior. Schema Therapy helps us understand our life patterns, emotional parts (modes), and unmet needs. I offer a safe and attuned relationship where healing can happen through connection. My goal is to nurture growth, autonomy, and the development of a strong, compassionate Healthy Adult self.
