Jersey's government states that counselling is not regulated in Jersey or in the UK. Its guidance advises checking that a private counsellor or therapist appears on an accredited register. Private therapy in Jersey is paid for by the person who arranges it. Jersey Talking Therapies is free. It is part of the Government of Jersey's Health and Community Services. It is confidential, and it is for adults living in Jersey.

Who registers therapists in Jersey
