Bill Sarre

Counselor

Talking can be difficult, but as a qualified and accredited counsellor (see BACP.co.uk) , I offer a safe environment where life's challenges can be faced.

About Me

I understand that opening up can feel daunting. I offer a truly confidential space where you can gently explore challenging thoughts and feelings. We will work together, moving at your own pace, to make sense of what you are facing. This collaborative approach helps those who find talking difficult. It provides a grounded partnership to navigate life's complexities and find a way forward.

Approach

If speaking feels hard, we'll start slowly, building trust through steady, practical conversations that focus on what feels most pressing. Sessions in St Helier or online, in English, provide a private, calm setting where you set the pace and I listen closely. We work on understanding mood shifts, stress and past hurts, using gentle reflection, grounding and short practical steps to try between meetings, with prompt support if a crisis arises. This way of working suits adults and older clients seeking steady, practical support.
