From my Stellenbosch consulting room and online in English or Afrikaans, we work gently and steadily, respecting energy and concentration limits. Sessions use focused conversation, simple tracking and brief exercises to map strengths, monitor recovery after stroke or flare-ups, and build coping plans to try between meetings.
