Juhanné Britz

Registered Counselor

I am a registered counsellor offering a calm, thoughtful, and collaborative therapeutic space. My work is grounded in ethical practice, psychological theory, and real-world understanding of the challenges people face in daily life. My aim is to offer counselling that feels safe and meaningful while holding authenticity.

About Me

I work with individuals and groups who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally stretched, or uncertain about the next step in their lives. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, burnout, relational strain, parenting challenges, or the lingering impact of past experiences (trauma). I value counseling as a shared process, one where you are listened to carefully and where your pace, values, and context matter. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel understood in a secure relationship. In sessions, I focus on creating a steady and contained space where wholeness, reflection, insight, and growth can naturally unfold.
