Croatia regulates psychology and medicine through separate statutory chambers. The Hrvatska Psihološka Komora holds psychologists, where the regulated designation used professionally is ovlašteni psiholog, the authorised psychologist.
Doctors, psychiatrists among them, answer to the Hrvatska liječnička Komora, which handles practice authorisation through its own licensing and registration processes. The title a practitioner has given you decides which chamber answers for them, so start from the title rather than from the profession you assume.
