The best way out is through. We'll walk through it together, with curiosity, honesty and without judgment.

About Me

I am a Gestalt psychotherapist, certified by the European Association for Psychotherapy (EAP), based in Zagreb, Croatia. I offer individual psychotherapy both in person in Zagreb and online to clients in Croatia and internationally. I work from a multimodal approach tailored to the individual needs, experiences and circumstances of each client. I work with a wide range of psychological and emotional difficulties, with a particular interest in supporting people experiencing Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD), and eating disorders. I also work with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, burnout and trauma, as well as with experiences of dissatisfaction, unease or emptiness that can be difficult to put into words and may have gradually, almost imperceptibly, become part of everyday life. At the heart of my work is the belief in the therapeutic potential of an authentic meeting between two human beings. Together, at your own pace, we can explore what lies beneath your current difficulties, develop a deeper understanding of your experiences and find a path towards greater freedom, connection and a more fulfilling life. I work in English, Croatian, Serbian and Bosnian.

Approach

My approach is grounded in Gestalt psychotherapy and enriched by a multimodal perspective, drawing on influences from Object Relations Theory, Emotion-Focused Psychotherapy, Mentalization-Based Treatment, and Transference-Focused Psychotherapy.
