Dr Branka Bagaric

CBT Psychotherapist

Cognitive-behavioural therapist and clinical psychologist with 14 years of experience.

About Me

I am a clinical psychologist (PhD), a CBT therapist, trainer and supervisor, Motivational interviewing trainer and a MINT member.

Approach

As a CBT therapist, my approach is structured, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s needs. After we map patterns that keep you stuck, I shift the work toward practical skill-building and short, focused experiments. Sessions are collaborative and paced to your needs: brief check-ins, targeted exercises, and agreed between-session tasks that let you try new responses in real life. We review results each week and tweak steps so progress stays manageable and meaningful. This way of working often helps adults seeking clear, practical changes in anxiety, anger, procrastination or relationship difficulties.
