Hello and welcome! Are you struggling with complex emotions, overwhelming thoughts, or your overall mental well-being? I believe in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you can freely explore your concerns. Leave me a message and I'll get back to you.

About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (MA) based in Nairobi, Kenya, offering psychotherapy both virtually and in person. I specialize in trauma-informed work and am trained in evidence-based interventions including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy). I work with individuals experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns, as well as those exploring psychotherapy for behaviour change and personal development. My approach is collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs, with an emphasis on confidentiality, safety, connection, and meaningful change.

Approach

My approach is trauma-informed and collaborative. I strive to create a safe, confidential, and respectful space where you feel heard, understood, and supported at your own pace. I recognize how personal, family, work, and cultural experiences shape psychological wellbeing, and I work with sensitivity to your unique context. Using evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, CBT, and Emotionally Focused Therapy, I support clients in processing difficult experiences, strengthening emotional awareness, and building resilience in ways that feel manageable, meaningful, and growth-oriented. Curious about whether we are a good fit? You are welcome to book a free consultation below for a brief, no-obligation chat.
