Who I Work Best With My ideal client is someone who feels ready to understand the root of their challenges but needs a safe, structured environment to do so. You might be: Navigating Physical & Emotional Pain: You are living with a chronic illness or physical pain and feel that your emotional well-being has taken a backseat. You want to regain a sense of control and quality of life despite your diagnosis. Feeling Stuck in Patterns: You notice recurring themes in your relationships or your reactions—perhaps related to deep-seated personality dynamics—and you want to break the cycle of behaviors that no longer serve you. Overwhelmed by the Everyday: You are a high-functioning adult or professional experiencing burnout, anxiety, or depression, feeling the weight of expectations and looking for a space to just be yourself. Whether you are seeking therapy as an individual, a couple, or a family, you are looking for more than just a quick fix; you are looking for authentic, long-term change.

About Me

I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Cyprus (License No. 582), with a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc. Hons) in Psychology and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Clinical Psychology, graduating Summa Cum Laude. This academic foundation provided rigorous training in psychopathology, assessment, diagnosis, and a variety of therapeutic approaches, preparing me to work with complex clinical presentations. My professional development continues with advanced, specialized training, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) accredited by the European Association for Behavioral and Cognitive Therapies (EABCT) and the European Association for Psychotherapy (EAP), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) at Level 3 with a focus on adults, and Gestalt-Somatic Psychotherapy techniques that integrate mind and body, promoting present-moment awareness and processing of emotional trauma.

Approach

I take an integrative, client-centered, and process-oriented approach, believing that therapy must be collaboratively tailored to the individual, couple, or family seeking support. CBT allows us to identify, challenge, and modify unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors, while EFT provides depth for exploring and transforming core emotional experiences and relational dynamics. I also draw upon existential and humanistic principles, supporting clients in exploring personal meaning, authenticity, and life choices. My philosophy emphasizes a safe, non-judgmental space in which clients can examine the beliefs and emotional patterns shaping their lives and develop responses aligned with their values. I also strongly advocate for technology-enhanced therapy, offering secure online and hybrid formats to ensure access and continuity regardless of location.
