Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences - Department of Psychiatry. Phone +92 51 9261170. PIMS says eligible patients can receive financial assistance or charity care. Its yearbook records Zakat and Bait-ul-Maal assistance, including free medicines. PIMS accepts patients of all ages and says it serves Islamabad and the surrounding regions. It publishes public outpatient hours.
