About Me

As an empathic and hardworking clinical psychologist, I support adolescents and adults navigating life's challenges. My aim is to create a safe, understanding space for you. Here, you can openly explore your thoughts and feelings. We'll work collaboratively to develop practical strategies and build resilience. My commitment is to your personal growth and well-being, helping you find your unique path forward.

Approach

My work follows a steady, practical rhythm that helps adolescents and adults make sense of what’s happening for them and take small, manageable steps forward. I meet people in Islamabad, using English or Urdu, and coordinate appointments by email or WhatsApp to keep access straightforward. Sessions are collaborative and focused—brief check-ins on progress, clear behavioural or coping experiments, and occasional psychodiagnostic feedback to guide our plan between meetings. This way of working often fits those navigating anxiety, mood shifts, anger, relationships or major life transitions.
