Embrace your inner emotional world for profound self-knowledge and a more fulfilling life.

The less you are familiar with your emotional world, the easier it is to influence you and control and keep within the social framework.

Have you ever asked yourself - why do you need those emotions at all, what is their purpose?

Therapy should be personal. Our therapists are qualified, independent, and free to answer to you – no scripts, algorithms, or company policies.

Emotions refer to very ancient regulators of the behavior of humans in their interaction with the outside world. More ancient than our conscious thinking.

This kind of rational signaling system lets the whole body know what is happening to it or the environment.

Emotions work FASTER than the conscious thinking of a person.

Therefore, an attempt to perceive the world only rationally and logically, ignoring emotions, leads to even greater emotional tension (and further - breakdown).

When we fight with an emotion, we are always struggling with the indicator of the problem, not the problem itself.

As Gustav Jung said about depression: “Depression is like a woman in black. If she comes, do not send her away, but invite her to the table as a guest, and listen to what she intends to say.

If you remove the social spraying of "good" and "bad" emotions and try to consider each of your emotions as an indicator of certain needs, it can change your approach to life and to experiencing yourself in this life.

Suddenly, you could feel the willingness not just to ignore the irritation but to get rid of the factors (or people) that initiate it. Suddenly, the fear of losing your face can help you look deeper into your possibility of making mistakes, not to mention self-compassion. Suddenly, the shame of being "not as successful as others" will allow touching on childhood tragedies where you had to experience yourself compared to others.

The understanding of emotions leads us to the depths of our inner world - beautiful, secret, and unexplored. Its research always brings the knowledge of yourself, your needs, and possibilities. This is real wealth, which is difficult to describe talking about it.
