In the last 35 years I have worked in a range of settings including parent-infant work, addiction, Hospice, and private practice. I currently do individual and couple psychotherapy. I also facilitate small groups working with loss/bereavement. My approach is broadly psychodynamic, incorporating mindfulness.

I offer an empathic, non-judgemental, collaborative therapeutic experience for adults struggling with a variety of difficulties. I also offer Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
