Mrs Claire Gregorowski

Clinical Psychologist

I offer an empathic, non-judgemental, collaborative therapeutic experience for adults struggling with a variety of difficulties. I also offer Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.

About Me

I offer an empathic, non-judgemental space where adults can explore difficulties and find new ways forward. When past experiences or current struggles feel overwhelming, we can work together to understand them. I use Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to help process distressing memories. This fosters greater calm and resilience. Together, we can navigate challenges and build a stable sense of self.

Approach

Therapy unfolds at a measured pace, alternating focused memory processing with practical problem-solving so you feel steady rather than overwhelmed. I offer sessions in English from Cape Town and online, keeping the space predictable and accessible through brief, agreed check-ins between meetings. In-session we attend to feelings, bodily signals and behaviour patterns; I use structured interventions and reflective listening to help make distressing memories and patterns less intrusive. This way of working often helps adults facing transitions, grief, mood or trauma who appreciate clear, collaborative pacing.
