I help adults and adolescents navigate the complex aftermath of trauma. My aim is to create a truly safe and secure space for you. Here, we can explore difficult experiences without judgement, working gently at your own pace. With an MSc in Clinical Psychology, I focus on practical steps to process emotions. This helps you build resilience and move forward with renewed confidence.

Approach

To help you translate that renewed confidence into everyday change, I work in short, focused sessions that balance practical skills with gentle exploration. Whether we meet in Cape Town or online, I can offer sessions in English, Afrikaans or Dutch and adapt timing to your rhythm. We use grounding techniques, emotion-focused tasks and collaborative coaching between meetings to notice small shifts in anxiety, grief or mood. This steady, respectful way of working suits adolescents and adults seeking gradual recovery after painful events.
