Jungian Analyst

verified by TherapyRoute

I work with adults facing life transitions, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and divorce. I provide individual and psychodynamic therapy, dream analysis, and adoption counselling.

About Me

I am a Jungian analyst and clinical social worker in Observatory, Cape Town, South Africa, and Cricklewood, London, UK.

Approach

Reaching out to a therapist is often difficult and may be prompted by a personal crisis. I offer a safe and supportive therapeutic space dedicated to healing, personal growth, and recovery from trauma. Exploring difficult feelings and experiences can be unsettling and may lie outside your usual comfort zone. I therefore aim to provide a relationship in which you feel seen, heard, and understood. I see my role as a reliable companion and “fellow traveller,” offering a space without judgment where you can freely explore the thoughts, feelings, and images that arise in your mind and body. Through this process, you may discover previously unacknowledged or neglected aspects of yourself. Integrating these parts and working through longstanding patterns can support a deeper sense of vitality, insight into emotional wounds, and a more coherent sense of identity. These insights often continue to be meaningful beyond the therapeutic work itself, supporting ongoing personal development. If you feel this approach may be helpful, you are welcome to contact me to arrange an initial consultation.
