Who is allowed to practise
The Act that created the Psychology and Counselling Organization requires a licence from it. Psychologists and counsellors may not work in their profession without one. The Organization is not a government department. It is created by statute. It publishes the names of licence holders, so you can look a practitioner up. It also takes complaints against a named psychologist or counsellor.
Verify with the Organization's list of licensed members, and complain through its complaints route.
