I am a psychotherapist focusing on proven counseling and psychotherapy techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, etc. I also do life coaching with regards to relationships, the self, and financial/business as I am also a financial planner and Master of Business Administration graduate. We give 15-minute introductory calls to everyone inquiring regarding our services for FREE. This is done prior to us doing any therapy/counseling. Also, you will fill up and read an INTRODUCTORY FORM where you can read about the general clauses and to affix your signature then state the concerns briefly. This is done as soon as payment is done.
