verified by TherapyRoute

I offer a compassionate and supportive space where we can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. My expertise and genuine empathy help illuminate your unique path to personal transformation and mental wellbeing. We work together to understand challenges, making this approach ideal for anyone seeking a safe, collaborative environment to navigate their inner world and foster greater self-awareness.

About Me

I’m a Registered Counselling Psychologist offering a warm, grounded, and collaborative therapeutic space. I help clients understand their patterns, strengthen their coping, and reconnect with themselves in a way that feels safe and supportive. I work with adults and couples dealing with anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, fertility journeys, self-worth concerns, burnout, and life transitions. My sessions balance insight and some practical tools, helping you gain clarity and move toward a more aligned, empowered version of yourself.

Approach

Sessions move at a steady, collaborative pace where we bring clarity to patterns, name what’s needed and try small, practical shifts together. Whether we meet in Johannesburg or online in English, the room is paced to your rhythm and centred on the immediate concerns you bring. I combine focused listening with short experiments—stabilising when necessary, making sense of loss or transition, and rehearsing different ways of relating between meetings. People navigating anxiety, grief or big life changes often find this hands-on, patient approach helpful.
