Mrs Anastasia Popova

Psychotherapist

My priority is to create welcoming atmosphere and build trust with clients without criticism, judgment or rejection. I work in an existential-humanistic approach believing that all of us can find our happiness and peace.

About Me

My practical experience has repeatedly confirmed that psychotherapy actually helps to start living a truly meaningful life. I have been interested in psychology since childhood and my passion has only become stronger over the years. In my free time I write fiction (in Russian) and articles about psychology.

Approach

Sessions unfold as a calm, curious exploration of what matters to you, where questions are gentle, and pace is set by your readiness. I hold space that balances attentive listening with practical reflection. We notice patterns, try small experiments, and sometimes bring observations between sessions to track change.
