Counseling Psychologist

About Me
Approach
Hi, I’m a counselling psychologist, certified hypnotherapist, Past Life Regression (PLR) therapist and Arts-Based Therapist. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with 3000+ individuals, couples, and groups, helping them navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence.
My approach to therapy is eclectic, meaning I tailor sessions to fit you. I blend Talk Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Psychoanalysis, Solution-Focussed-Based Therapy (SFBT), Emotion-Focussed Therapy (EFT), Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Arts-Based Therapy, Inner Child Healing, and Mindfulness. No two people are the same, and neither is their healing journey.
I provide a safe, non-judgmental space that is trauma-informed, queer-affirming, and neurodiversity-affirming. Whether you’re struggling with relationships, self-doubt, anxiety, depression, trauma, or career concerns, I’m here to support you.
Healing isn’t about fixing—it's about understanding, growing, and embracing yourself fully. Let’s work together to create the change you’re looking for.
Services
You don’t have to do this alone.
How about we do this together?
I know how heavy or lost life can feel sometimes. The overthinking, the self-doubt, the weight of relationships, and the past that lingers - I've seen it, I've lived it, and I understand. If you're feeling stuck, lost, or simply in need of a space to breathe, I’m here.
I’m not just a therapist; I’m a real person - just like you - who believes in the power of healing and human connection. As a counselling psychologist, hypnotherapist, and Past Life Regression (PLR) therapist with almost a decade of experience, I’ve worked with individuals, couples, and groups, witnessing their journey from breakdowns to breakthroughs and moments of deep clarity.
My approach isn’t one-size-fits-all - I tailor therapy to fit you. You and I, together, will find what feels right and create space for healing, self-discovery, and growth.
Healing isn’t about being “fixed.” It’s about being heard, understood, and learning to embrace who you truly are. You don’t have to figure it all out alone. Let’s take this step together!
