Ms Vini Doshi

Psychological Counselor

Working with internationals living abroad and adults dealing with emotional distress.

About Me

I offer support to internationals living abroad and adults navigating emotional distress. Moving to a new country or facing life's challenges can bring unique pressures. I provide a calm, confidential space where we can explore your feelings and find clarity. Together, we work to understand your experiences and build strategies for emotional resilience. My aim is to help you feel grounded and understood, wherever you are in the world.

Approach

When relocation or overwhelming feelings make daily life uncertain, I focus on gentle, practical steps to restore routine and calm. Sessions in English, Gujarati or Hindi/Urdu—in Gothenburg or online—are paced to your needs, mixing short reflections, behavioural experiments and mindfulness practices you can try between meetings. We set small, achievable goals, track what helps, and adapt strategies for anxiety, grief or burnout so progress feels tangible. This approach tends to suit adults abroad seeking steady, down-to-earth support.
