Tony Langstaff

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

I help individuals and couples struggling in areas of stress, anxiety, depression, relational conflict, and marital distress.

About Me

I offer a supportive space for individuals and couples navigating stress, anxiety, or depression. We can explore the roots of relational conflict and marital distress together. My aim is to help you develop practical ways to foster healthier connections and find greater ease. Clients often find my approach helps them gain clarity and build resilience. We will work collaboratively to find a way forward that feels right for you.

Approach

When life feels crowded by tension, sadness, or repeated fights, I focus on small, practical shifts that change day-to-day experience. Sessions online move between calm reflection and hands-on skill practice, paced to your comfort and goals. You’ll leave with one or two simple experiments—communication prompts, grounding practices, or planning steps—to try between meetings so progress builds steadily. This way of working often suits adults, couples, and men navigating transition, separation, or persistent low mood.
