Mrs Tamsyn Rippon

Therapeutic Counselor

A committed and caring professional who works online and in-person, with adults, teens, parents and families to address anxiety, fear, guilt, overwhelming emotions and low self esteem. My hope is to support you in finding the strategies you need to build healthier relationships within yourself and with others.

About Me

For adults, teens, parents, and families navigating anxiety, fear, or overwhelming emotions, I offer a supportive space. We work together, online or in-person, to explore these feelings without judgment. I help you find practical strategies to build healthier relationships with yourself and others. You'll gain tools to navigate challenges and foster greater self-esteem.

Approach

When anxiety, guilt or shame feel loud, I help you notice what matters most and turn that awareness into concrete, manageable steps. In sessions—whether in Hong Kong or online in English—we alternate gentle reflection with short experiments you can try between meetings, and I offer clear psychoeducation so families and individuals can understand patterns together. My pace is collaborative and steady, balancing immediate relief with values-based choices. This way of working often suits adults, teens and parents seeking practical change and steadier emotional ground.
