About Me

I’m a certified psychologist, existential psychotherapist. I help to find inner grounding, build meaningful relationships, make conscious choices, and live with greater purpose. I work in existential-humanistic approach, which focuses on deep understanding of self in connection with life and other people. The work includes looking closely at the situations you bring to therapy with openness and without judgment, processing your feelings in the safe environment and finding new ways relating to self, others and the world around you. In addition to therapy, I write and teach about existential psychology. I'm the author of academic articles exploring existential questions of freedom, belonging, death, and meaning—and their role in fostering resilience in times of uncertainty. I also research the long-term effects of psychological trauma and pathways to healing. I have personal emigration experience (the USA and Thailand) which helps me particularly understand the challenges of life transitions
